Bedkits - the "All Occasion" Gift

Each SCAW bedkit costs *$35.

Bedkits can be used to:

  • Celebrate births, birthdays, graduations, weddings, anniversaries, retirements, Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year's, Chinese New Year's, etc.
  • Offer a meaningful “In Memoriam”
  • Give as a thoughtful “thank you” for business associates, friends, etc.

Photos from bedkit distributions are mailed within 4 to 6 months.

Donor Profile

Individual donors account for two-thirds of all donations, while churches, schools, service clubs, and the corporate community represent the remaining one-third.

Most donors give bedkits, but our financial structure also makes it possible to donate to help pay our annual operating expenses, or to strengthen SCAW long-term by donating to the Legacy Account.

Because we are a registered charity in both Canada and the US we can give tax receipts in both countries. Most of our donations come from Canadians, but we are able to accept donations by means of a cheque or money order in US Dollars or British Pounds mailed to the SCAW office at the address to the left. You can also make bedkit donations on-line by credit card at our secure pages.
